I guess many of our readers are using iPads to read the magazine and I believe it has changed the way you do many things. It’s a beautiful device and it deserves a beautiful case. Of course you can walk to the Apple Store and buy original Apple branded smart cover for it but I wanted something different and I found absolutely beautiful and practical cases from HomemadeLeather shop at Etsy. 

All of us use the iPad in different ways thus the requirements for one’s perfect case are slightly different.

I use iPad for many magazines, calendar, mail, games and various other apps but I also like to keep paper pad and some pens with me. I found this trendy case from HomemadeLeather Etsy shop

If I would be trekking or hunting I would certainly carry a rugged knife but for everyday purposes it’s more practical to carry a pocket knife which fits nicely in your bag or pocket. We all remember how the first summer was after getting the driver’s license and a car.  For me it all calls for great memories. We were not rich and the cars were anything but new and problem free. Archeologists have studied that humans have been wearing sandals for more than 10,000 years. Yet they are still fashionable and comfortable shoes during the hot summer days. 

I discovered these handmade leather and rubber sole sandals recently from cbajo Etsy shop. On these days there are many products in the market that are made to last barely one season so it’s nice to find emerging number of small companies and entrepreneurs who are truly trusting good quality in both design and craftsmanship. 

These sandals are not the cheapest but they are not terribly expensive either considering they are hand made in the US and the materials are of good quality leather and rubber.

One king in a kingdom far far away was so delighted after the invention of the chess game. that he asked the inventor to name his prize for it. The inventor, being a smart guy, asked one grain of rice for the first square on the board, two for the second, four for the third and so on. 

The king was not that good in maths and quickly approved the prize and ordered an assistant to count and give away the prize for the inventor. However the calculation took weeks and it ended up being so expensive that the inventor eventually became the new king. 

I don’t know how true the old story is, but stories like this prove the success of the game.

Many might think cufflinks are only something grandfather used to wear in his sunday shirt. Sadly it’s true that the days of the early 20th century are gone when cufflinks were considered as a luxurious gift.

However cufflinks are still today probably the easiest way to add character to man’s dressing. Even Daniel Craig used cufflinks in his shirt as 007 James Bond.
